1. Use a credit card or checking account using the secure PayPal checkout process. If using this option, complete the on-line registration form and indicate on it that you are making your payment through PayPal. After you submit your registration, the PayPal checkout process will begin.
2. If paying by check, complete the on-line registration form and indicate that you are paying by check, make a check payable to UAHQ, and then mail it to the Treasurer at the address below.
